Rust prevention
The Pathfinder is contructed of high-grade stainless steel. Like any other high end stainless steel tool, some rust may form if not properly maintained.
Your Pathfinder should be periodically cleaned, dried and lubricated, especially if your tool has been exposed to saltwater or used in marine environments.
Simply rinse off with fresh water, dry and apply a light coat of oil.
Sharpening
Any knife edge can become blunt over time and with use. We recommend sharpening as required. The blade on your Pathfinder can be sharpened using any standard equipment inluding whetstones, rods etc.
Sharpening angle should be 16 degrees each side.

I. LOVE. THIS. TOOL!!!
I'm a carpenter, and my Pathfinder goes EVERYWHERE with me. I do everything from changing plug fittings, stripping wire, working on my car if necessary, to cooking. I have a whole collection of knives. But the Terratac is by far the better one to keep by my side.
They really dissected the "you know what" ,and improved on every detail. My favourite part of the tool is probably the flat screw driver on the tip of the file. But lets not go there.The whole bloody tool is amazing.

So far I have used the tool for a week and I'm very satisfied it's a strong and reliable tool there is only 2 thing's I'll like to change is the bit holder is not holding the bits tight the bits is bit loose and falling out and the number 14 nut fastener must be changed to size 13 the reason is most commonly used spanner sizes is size 8 , 10 , 13 if you can make this changes the tool will be excellent

Small things that bothers me,
Fire starter doesn’t spark enough
Bit holder looses bits through the bottom open pouch.
Belt clip pops loos and fall off, if not careful i might loose my multitool.
As firefighters we don't leave tools in the drawer, we use them till they fall apart, I can honestly say that the Terratac outperform all the famous brands by far. We are in the process of replacing all staff's personal tools with Terratac.
