Shipping is free if your order is worth R1,000 or more. If your order is less than R1,000, shipping will be R89 and will be added to your order at checkout.

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Westville, Durban KZN.

If you live in a normal town or city, your order should be delivered to your door within 3 days of dispatch.

Please allow 5 days if you are in an outlying area.

We only ship orders locally in South Africa.

Once your order has been sent, you will get an email with your tracking number and a link where you can track the progress of your delivery.

The X14 is contructed of high-grade stainless steel. Like any other high end stainless steel tool, some rust may form if not properly maintained.

Your X14 should be periodically cleaned, dried and lubricated, especially if your tool has been exposed to saltwater or used in marine environments.

Simply rinse off with fresh water, dry and apply a light coat of oil.

Any knife edge can become blunt over time and with use. We recommend sharpening as required. The blade on your X14 can be sharpened using any standard equipment inluding whetstones, rods etc.

Sharpening angle should be 16 degrees each side.
