Rust prevention

The X14 is constructed of high-grade stainless steel. Like any other high-end stainless steel tool, some rust may form if not properly maintained.

Your X14 should be periodically cleaned, dried, and lubricated, especially if your tool has been exposed to saltwater or used in marine environments.

Simply rinse off with fresh water, dry and apply a light coat of oil.

Sharpening

Any knife edge can become blunt over time and with use. We recommend sharpening as required. The blade on your X14 can be sharpened using any standard equipment, including whetstones, rods, etc.

The sharpening angle should be 16 degrees on each side.

Customer photo review of TerraTAC™ X14 MKII Pink

My EDC for the best of 20 years have changed a bit with my new and unique pink Terratac X14 MKll and I can't believe I took so long to get myself a Tarratac Multitool, the service, build quality and accessories is all above par and not behind the market leaders in Multitools, if not beter, not even mentioning value for money. Thanks again Terrarac!
